Are we wholesale manufacturers?
No. No two pieces are alike. We are not manufacturers and do not mass produce to sell to retailers.

Do we sell direct to the public?
Yes, via our website and word of mouth.

Can one find our pieces at local or regional arts & crafts shows?
No. Again, each piece is made to order; so no two are alike – every piece has something distinctive about it.

How long does a custom piece take?
Anywhere from 2-4 wks., depending upon the size and sourcing, i.e. if customer is supplying shards or would like a particular hard-to-find theme.

What are the shovels for seen in your Studio?
We don’t know, so we threw them out.

What is the ACU knob hidden in each piece?
US! All Cracked Up – our handpainted insignia….thanks to Hill and the girls!

How long have you been in business?
About 15 months now, since September of 2001.

Is a deposit required at the time of ordering my All Cracked Up piece?
Yes, 50% down at the time the order is placed.

Do you have a retail shop?
No, every order is custom.

Are there any special cleaning directions for our pieces?
Yes use caution when utilizing glass cleaner on our mirrors as the cleaner may erase the polka-dots.

Do we install?
No, but we have the name of a carpenter that would be happy to hang heavy pieces.

What are your most popular themes?
Seaside/pool scenes, baby showers, & graduation presents.

Can you order online via shopping cart?
No. It requires more time than just clicking. We need to sit w/the customer and discuss the piece.

Do you have a preferred method of payment?
Yes. Cash or check.
